RestockPilot Privacy Policy

What we access

When you connect your Shopify store, RestockPilot requests read-only access to your product catalog and inventory levels (read_products, read_inventory). We do not request access to your customers, orders, or any other data.

What we store

• Your Shopify store domain and access token
• Product titles, SKUs, and stock levels you're tracking
• Reorder points and supplier emails you set
• Alert recipient names and emails you add to receive low-stock notifications
• Billing information handled by Stripe (we never see full card numbers)

What we don't do

We never sell your data. We never contact your suppliers or customers on your behalf. We don't access customer data at all — RestockPilot only requests product and inventory scopes.

Deleting your data

Uninstalling the app or using "Disconnect store" in your dashboard settings deletes everything RestockPilot has stored for your shop, including your access token, tracked products, and alert recipients.
